What's vital to understand is that the research will have been completed online and if your organisation's website is not there to be found or it does a lousy job of supplying answers to the potential customers' needs then you will NOT get the sale online or offline because the research will be completed without you.

Let me try to summarize in plain language the ingredients for success in using a website ...

  1. You need a product or service that people want
  2. You need to be able to price it competitively (not cheaply)
  3. You need to impress the researching customer that you are trustworthy, efficient and reliable more so than the competitors and act like that.
  4. You need to get customers to see your offerings online before they see the competitor's and react to your persuasive sales message. This is what is known as generating targeted leads.

Since every business needs to satisfy the first 3 items in the above list the one that is really missing is getting the leads before the competitor gets them. That's where virtual sales office and its people can work wonders for you because ... no sale means no costs at all for your organisation.

  • The merchant will supply us with a list of leads supplied broken down into the main categories eg web form, email, telephone etc and whether a sale was made or not.
  • Should a sale (and only if a sale is finalised) take place at that point in time or any future time the merchant will pay us an agreed % of sales.
